The view from Jabal Qafzeh into the eastern end of the Jezreel Valley and towards Mount Tabor, the site of the Transfiguration. Two Arab villages, Iksal and Daburiya, can be seen close to the base of the hills. Most Arab villages in this area were cleansed of their populations by the Israeli army in 1948. (June 2002)
